Court Grants Rehearing on Refinery Accident Coverage

The Texas Supreme Court granted rehearing in a lawsuit involving coverage for a refinery owner in the accidental death of an employee. The court granted rehearing, without setting argument, in Evanston Insurance Co. v. ATOFINA Petrochemicals, No. 03-0647, filed in Jefferson County. The case was tried in district court in Jefferson County and appealed to the 9th District Court of Appeals in Beaumont.
