Injured workers in Oregon who dispute a carrier's assertion that a claim is "nondisabling" have a new form to help them through the process. The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division announced Monday that workers can now use Form 2943 to request review of an insurer's decision to refuse to reclassify a nondisabling claim to disabling.
