CRM Holdings Ltd., a management and service provider for workers' compensation self-insured groups in New York and California, announced record revenues for the fourth quarter and 2005.
CRM (an acronym for Compensation Risk Managers, LLC) attributed the revenue growth to expansion in the company's group self-insured business in California.
CRM, which also sells reinsurance, reported higher profits for the final quarter and the year. Quarterly net income was $2 million, up 5% from the same period a year ago. Annual net profit rose 25% to $7.3 million.
