NYCIRB Posts Instructions on Data Call Reporting

The New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board has posted on its Web site an instruction booklet for insurers who are required to submit financial data. The 45-page report gives insurers step-by-step instructions on how to submit financial data, unit statistical plan reporting, special data calls, and policy and proof of coverage reporting. Financial reports are due to the rating board by March 15, according to the report. Several other financial reports are due by April 1.
