The 2006 Montana Winter Fair opens today in Lewiston and features a number of talks about crops, tourism and business opportunites that can generate more farm income for the state's agricultural producers.
A workers' compensation forum at 1 p.m. could help farmers and ranchers to save some money, too.
The fair is being held at Fergus County Fairgrounds and runs through Sunday.
