Bureau Notes 50/50 Plan Available

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation reminded employers that the "50/50 payment plan" is available to them. The bureau noted the plan is for the Jan. 1 to June 30, 2007, reporting period. To participate employers must use the plan service offering, have an active coverage status must be active and must not be enrolled in the Flexible Payment Plan (FlexPay) for the reporting period.
