Loss of Earning Power Upheld on Single Report

The Nebraska Court of Appeals upheld a Workers Compensation Court's finding on loss of earning power based on a single vocational report, though several reports and conflicting evidence reflected greater loss. In Jackson v. Precision Builders, Inc.
