McCarty's Post Uncertain after Democratic Win

Republicans continue to dominate the Florida Legislature, but the election of a Democrat as the state's chief financial officer could bring an end to Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty's term of office, an insurance industry analyst said Wednesday.
