Chiropractor Pleads Guilty to Fraud, Forgery

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation announced a Cincinnati chiropractor pleaded guilty to one count of workers' compensation fraud and one count of forgery, both fifth-degree felonies, in the Franklin County Common Pleas Court. The bureau reported Henry Bell paid $110,524 in restitution and was sentenced to one year of probation. The court also ordered Bell to pay court costs.
