The U.S. 1st Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that a plaintiff's injury claim under the Jones Act, and suit against a vessel, is barred because he was injured while performing his regular duties as an employee on a dredging operation.In Stewart v. Dutra Constr. Co., Inc.
