Max Re Prices 11M shares at $23.50 Each

Max Re Capital Ltd. announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell 11 million of its common shares in an underwritten public offering at a price to the public of $23.50 per share. The aggregate price to the public will be $258.5 million. The net proceeds to the company are expected to be approximately $246.0 million. In addition, the company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 1,650,000 additional common shares.
