FL 'FairCare' Proposal Picking Up Steam

The Florida Governor's Commission on Workers' Compensation (GCWC) has "conceptually" approved a number of recommendations that include some major components of the controversial FairCare reform proposal. The commission also voted to support the business/insurance coalition's proposal on construction exemptions, but refrained from making any decisions on attorneys fees or changes in indemnity benefits.
