Florida Updates Documents Form

The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has updated its form for purchasing Web-available forms and rules and for buying reimbursement manuals. The form, available at http://www.fldfs.com/wc/whatsnew.html, lists reimbursement forms and manuals covering reimbursements for hospitals, health care providers and ambulatory surgical centers for 1999 through 2006.
