The Missouri Department of Insurance yesterday announced that all licensed Insurance Companies, Surplus Line Companies and Risk Retention Groups authorized to conduct business in the State of Missouri must comply with a newly passed regulation 20 CSR 600-1.020. The purpose of this new regulation is to collect Dram Shop Liability data. The first data call is required by April 30, 2003. MDI will notify affected companies through a mailing.
