HI Debate Over Mental Injury Claims Continues

The Hawaiian legislature is debating the sort of restrictions on psychiatric claims that were instituted in California almost 10 years ago, reports the Advertiser Capitol Bureau. The state's Senate members have been debating a pending bill that would bar workers' compensation claims for mental stress over work criticism, layoffs and other lawful personnel actions. Gov.
