SB 228, Tied to SB 229, Moving Forward, Supported

California Senate Bill 228 (Alarcon, D- Van Nuys), which will limit medical treatment reimbursement levels to 120% of Medicare, among other provisions, is moving forward with a recent amendment tying the bill to a completely gutted and restructured SB 229 being pushed through by Senator John Burton (D-San Francisco).
