A Northern California chiropractor faces tax evasion charges stemming from allegations that he hid $3.6 million in income earned from 2000 to 2003 by billing insurance companies using fictitious identification numbers.
Ramon Reynoso, who owned a chiropractic practice in Hayward, Calif., was arraigned Monday before before Magistrate Judge Wayne D. Brazil in Oakland. As of Wednesday, he was free on $50,000 bail, according to court records.
