In an opinion not certified for publication, the Fifth District of the California Court of Appeals remanded a claim back to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board upon concessions of error. In Saiz v. WCAB (Akh Co.), No. F047705, 01/31/2006, Steve Saiz injured his hand while working as a tire installer for Akh Company on May 2, 2002. His injuries were treated and he was released to work with future medical care.
