Travelers: Real-Time Claim Event Notice for Policyholders

Travelers Property Casualty Corp. (NYSE: TAP.A and TAP.B) today introduces electronic Claim Alerts that automatically and in real-time notify customers - via e-mail - of critical workers' compensation claim events. This capability is Travelers' latest service offering to increase its useful and timely interaction with participants in the workers compensation process.
