UMI's Graham Named Trustee of NoEast Utilities

The Northeast Utilities (NYSE: NU) Board of Trustees today announced the recent election of John G. Graham as a new Trustee. Graham is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of UMI Insurance Company and UMICO Holdings, Inc., of Parsippany, New Jersey - a utility-owned insurance company that provides workers compensation insurance in the Mid-Atlantic region. Graham is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey.
