Commission Adds New Opinion to Web Site

The Connecticut Workers' Compensation Commission posted an opinion by the Compensation Review Board on its Web site. The opinion, Marandino v. Prometheus Pharmacy (No. 4986 CRB-1-05-8), was issued Sept. 29. The board reported the claim involved the award of temporary total disability benefits to a woman who previously had been awarded a permanent partial disability award via a voluntary agreement.
