Fla. Attorney Disagrees Fee Clarification Needed

Florida claimant attorney Bill Souza says that a statement from the 1st District Court of Appeal about its recent ruling about stipulated side fees and judicial approval would be welcome, though it's really not necessary. He's received as many as 50 phone calls from claimant and defense attorneys, judges and even an insurance executive congratulating him on the attorneys' fee ruling in Rodriguez v.
