Arthur Gallagher Buys WorkCare Northwest

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE:AJG) on Tuesday announced the acquisition of WorkCare Northwest, Inc. headquartered in Boise, Idaho. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Established in 1998, WorkCare Northwest, Inc. is a program administrator specializing in workers compensation insurance for a diverse range of industries.
