Fitch Upgrades Sierra Health Rating

Fitch Ratings has upgraded to 'BBB' from 'BBB-' the insurer financial strength ratings on Sierra Health Services' (SIE) two primary health insurance subsidiaries, Health Plan of Nevada (HPN) and Sierra Health & Life Insurance Company (SHL).
