FIC Says Kevin McCarty Top Pick as FL Director

The Florida Insurance Council says that applicants for the director, Office of Insurance Regulation, in the new Financial Services Commission include Deputy Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty. The deadline for applications was December 16. McCarty and seven others applied, FIC lobbyist Gary Guzzo reports.
