A Salt Lake City, Utah, man, frustrated with his inability to secure workers' compensation benefits, ultimately committed suicide, the Salt Lake Tribune reported last week, causing his widow to seek redress with the state's Labor Commission. Randy Kass, 52, committed suicide on last December 4 by taking a lethal dose of pain medication.
