Texas 9th: 7-Day Deadline Never Raised at Hearing

A trial court erred in reversing a panel's decision for judicial review because the claimant did not demonstrate he had claimed that the provider failed to comply with the seven-day deadline to pay or to file a notice of refusal, the Texas 9th District Court of Appeals ruled.
