Police: Accused Psychiatrist Killed Himself

Indiana police said Thursday that it appears accused psychiatrist David Kennedy committed suicide, one day after being charged with 15 counts of insurance billing fraud. The Associated Press reported Thursday that Kennedy, a resident of Cicero, left notes in the hotel room where was found dead Wednesday. The discovery came a day after Kennedy was charged with Medicaid and insurance fraud for overbilling for counseling work at his Kokomo clinic.
