VIAW to Stage Another Protest

Injured workers advocates are planning a protest at the state capitol in Sacramento on April 19 to mark the anniversary of passage of SB 899. VotersInjuredatWork.org and the California Labor Federation are organizing the rally, to be held on the capitol's east law from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. VIAW Executive Director Peggy Sugarman issued a release on the organization's Web site saying that former Sen.
