Liberty Mutual Conversion Approved

Liberty Mutual Group announced yesterday that the Massachusetts Insurance Commissioner has given final approval to the final step in the Group's reorganization into a mutual holding company structure. The Commissioner's approval follows the overwhelming support by members of Liberty Mutual Holding Company Inc., who recently voted in favor of two separate proposals by the company.
