Correction

A Wednesday article about the second anniversary of California Senate Bill 899 contained two errors. The story misidentifed David Rockwell as president of Voters Injured at Work. He is president of the California Applicants' Attorney Association. Also, a quote attributed to Rockwell should have said that injured workers under California law have nowhere else to turn for compensation, even in cases of employer negligence. ...
