A Placer County man who allegedly took on work without a contractors license was nailed and jailed three times in a month, according to the California Contractors State Licensing Board.
The saga of Louis Wildon Euer began Oct. 11 when authorities showed up at his Loomis home and booked him for operating without a contracting license. Three days later, Euer was caught in a sting and re-arrested.
