Associated Press reports that the families of seven Xerox Corp. employees shot to death by a co-worker in 1999 will not be able to sue the company since workers' compensation is the exclusive remedy. Circuit Judge Eden Elizabeth Hifo on Friday agreed with company attorneys that the shooting tragedy was a workplace incident.
