Johnson & Strachan Inc., a full-service commercial and personal insurance agency, announced Tuesday that Richard Carter joined the firm as a commercial lines producer.
Carter joins Johnson & Strachan from the King Adkins insurance agency where he was responsible for developing new target markets and strategies including providing international coverages for clients, primarily contractors with the Department of Defense.
