Workers' compensation stakeholders continue to wonder about when and how the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation will resolve a possible conflict regarding issuance of interlocutory orders under two bills passed by the Texas Legislature earlier this year.
The division reported last month that a proposed rule would be sent to the Texas Register for publication this fall. Teams are working on drafting the rules, but the DWC hasn't set a date for public release, spokesman John Greeley said Wednesday.
