The Texas Association of Business (TAB) has formed a committee to address concerns of nonsubscribers to the workers' compensation system. The committee next meets on December 6 from 10:00 am to noon at TAB headquarters, located at 1209 Nueces Street in Austin. Issues to be addressed at the meeting include:
- A review of pre-filed legislation
- Impact of the elections on the Texas House and Senate
- Public relations materials to educate lawmakers regarding nonsubscription.
