Mike Hachtman of Houston, TX, was appointed to the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission for a term to expire Feb. 1, 2009 by Gov. Rick Perry on Thursday.Hachtman is the vice president of business development at IFCO Systems North America Inc. and a former chief of staff at the Texas Railroad Commission. He earned his bachelor's degree at Texas A&M University.
