MA. Ins Agent Pleads Guilty to Stealing Comp Premiums

A former Burlington, Massachusetts, insurance agent has pleaded guilty to charges he ran two separate schemes to steal more than $150,000, Attorney General Tom Reilly announced yesterday. Kevin P. Hunt, 51, of Burlington, Massachusetts, pleaded guilty to five counts of larceny over $250 by false pretenses, four counts of larceny over $250 by making false financial statements in order to obtain credit, four counts each of forgery and uttering a forged instrument and one count each of insurance agent embezzlement and identity fraud.
