Garamendi Supports Ban on Insurance Money

California Democratic Nominee for Insurance Commissioner, John Garamendi, joined State Sen. Jackie Speier and consumer advocate Harvey Rosenfield on 3/21 to introduce legislative plans to ban contributions from the insurance industry in the race for insurance commissioner.
