Odyssey Partners Close Deal to Acquire York

The sale of specialty-claims outsourcer York Insurance Services Group to Odyssey Investment Partners LLC is completed, the companies announced Tuesday. Odyssey's partners in the deal are York Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Thomas MacArthur, members of York's senior management and Cincinnatus Partners, LLC, a Cincinnati-based advisory firm founded by John L. Ward. York's senior management team, headed by MacArthur, will continue to lead the business and Ward will become vice chairman.
