List of Compliant Medical Providers Available

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industries announced that it has made available a list of medical providers who are eligible to treat workers' compensation patients. Minnesota statutes and a regulation known as "Rule 101" require health-care providers who treat injured workers' under the state's workers' comp system to also participate in the Medical Assistance Program, the General Assistance Medical Care Program and the MinnesotaCare Program.
