Lawmakers Reject Network Accreditation Bill

The Texas House of Representatives defeated legislation to require workers' compensation health care networks to be accredited by a national group. House Bill 1285 by Rep. Bill Zedler, R-Arlington, failed Friday night on a 42-49 vote in the 150-member House.
