The latest reports out of Florida is that the Legislature is still wrangling over the budget which is taking precedence over workers' compensation issues.The current special session is scheduled to conclude May 27, the day after Memorial Day, and it is unclear whether law makers are going to get a bill on workers' compensation to the Governor in time and whether another special session will be necessary to deal with the issue.Gov.
