CRM Holdings, a provider of fee-based management and other services for workers' compensation self-insured groups in New York and California, announced Monday the second quarter and six months results ending June 30.
Net income for the second quarter was $3.7 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, up 96% from net income of $1.9 million, or $0.19 per diluted share in the second quarter of 2005. Earnings per diluted share in the second quarter of 2006 reflect a 6,135,906 increase in fully diluted weighted average shares due to the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Dec. 27, 2005.
