The Associated Press reports that the Virginia legislature has put an early termination to the Washington Redskins attempt to be exempt from workers' compensation.On Monday the state Senate Commerce and Labor Committee voted 9-4 to reject legislation that would have allowed the Redskins to reduce workers' compensation by the amount of salary paid to a player after an injury.
