Marsh Board Elects Two Directors

Marsh & McLennan Cos. board of directors has elected Leslie M. ("Bud") Baker Jr. and Marc D. Oken to term as directors, beginning Jan. 18. < Baker, 63, retired from Wachovia Corp. in 2003 after 34 years of service. He served as chief executive officer from 1994 to 2001 and as chairman from 1998 to 2003.
