DWC Revised Inpatient Fee Schedule

The Division of Workers' Compensation has revised the proposed inpatient hospital fee schedule. Among the changes, the Division proposes using Medicare formulas for hospital charges rather than the previous proposal to base 'cost outlier' cases on a hospital's billed charges. Concerned parties have until December 20 to file written comments with the Division.
