Legion Ins. Co. to be Rehabilitated by Penn. DOI

Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner M. Diane Koken late Friday announced that the Commonwealth Court has granted her petitions for Orders of Rehabilitation for Legion Insurance Company and Villanova Insurance Company, both of Philadelphia. The companies will be in rehabilitation effective April 1.
