Changes Made to WCPOLS Reporting System

The Workers' Compensation Insurance Organizations (WCIO) announced that it has changed reporting instructions for the Workers' Compensation Policy Reporting Specifications (WCPOLS) system. The WCIO Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Committee has changed the section concerning full replacement Policies (Transactions 08, 10, and 14). Particular attention should be given to pages 3:4 and 3:5 in the Transaction Code Notes/Instructions pages in the Link Data Section of WCPOLS.
