Bakery Draws 42 Citations, $120,600 in Fines

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued 42 citations and $120,600 in fines against Penny Curtiss Baking Co. for what OSHA called a "wide range of safety and health hazards" at the bakery's production plant in Syracuse, N.Y.
