Bakery Draws 42 Citations, $120,600 in Fines

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued 42 citations and $120,600 in fines against Penny Curtiss Baking Co. for what OSHA called a "wide range of safety and health hazards" at the bakery's production plant in Syracuse, N.Y. OSHA's inspection of the facility at 1810 Lemoyne Ave. began in July in response to an employee complaint.
